I returned some items on May 6th. I was told it would be 7 to 10 days for the return to be completed and now it is May 25 and after I have called several times and made a big fuss I received an email saying that they have process my return. It makes no sense for it to take this long to do a return and give me my money back. Also I don’t understand why some of the items look one way online but then when you get them they look totally different.
I'm glad I read the reviews were getting ready to place an $400.00 purchase..Boy did I dodge a bullet..

I purchased a dress from here back in May and it did not fit right so I sent it back and I reordered another size I got it and it still wasn't right so I sent it back I have yet to receive my refund has been well over a month for the 1st one and every time I call or chat with someone they keep saying they are behind. WARNING ⚠️ DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. I wish I had came here to read the reviews I would not have purchased anything Else from them and that is so sad because they have some really cute stuff but I can't afford to have my money tied up like that. Unless something changes I will never order from them again and advise anyone reading this not to do so either.

I purchased a dress on April 29, 2021. Received the item on May 5,2021. On May 8,2021 I got an email stating the item was on sale, called customer service to get a credit and was told they could not price match because it was over 8 days. If I return the dress and repurchase it at the lower price it would be the same thing. Why do I have to be inconvenienced.
My first purchase went well so I decided to make my second purchase. A couple of things I ordered were too big so I called F2F to see about an exchange (they only mention returns on their site and on the package) The Rep explains to me that I would need to repurchase the items on their site and ship the other items back to them... ok, but what about the promotion deal that I used to get 30%off? She then explains that after I purchase the items at full price she will get me over to another department to SEE if they would apply it... Seeing and Doing are two different entities, I need confidence that you WILL honor it... So basically they want me to pay 195 extra on items I’m exchanging, and then they will refund me 107 (she said that would be the difference) No Ma’am, I would expect the ENTIRE 195 refunded back to me on CC... Once I return these items I’m DONE, unless they come up with a better return/refund policy!
I want to really like FTF but recent experiences will not let them be great. Although the clothing is cute, it is way too overpriced. Catching a sale is great but is it really a sale when the item is already ridiculously marked up? The quality definitely does not equate to the price either. Now let's talk about their shipping - you will probably never get an item 2 day express shipped when you pay for it. More like never ever. There is also no customer contact made by FTF to say "Hey, btw, your order that's supposed to be there today, won't be there for another week - maybe." But they will text you TOO DEATH about a "SALE". And the customer service reps are just like "Sorry, we can't do anything until you receive the order." You mean the order that I paid extra to ship and was supposed to be here today but now may not arrive until next week because you didn't pull the order until yesterday. That order right? Yeah, don't waste your money with FTF. There are so many other retailers - Ashley Stewart, Torrid, Asoph and smaller online boutiques that will gladly sell you far better pieces with much better customer service.
I wouldn’t recommend Fashion to Figure to anyone. The clothes are overpriced and the quality of the clothes aren’t that good. I purchased a zebra print sweater and the same day I wore it the sleeve was coming apart. The sweater was very loose on my arms so I know it wasn’t me that caused it the come apart it was the very bad sewing. I’ve seen comments here and other websites stating the same as me. I have a credit card with FTF but I paid it off and now I’m in the process of closing the account because I won’t be buying anymore clothes from them.
Ordered a dress and a jacket 10/18/20 with two day shipping. I get an email 10/20/20 that there is a delay due to technical issues at their warehouse. I call customer support and ask if i can cancel the order since it’s not going to come in time. The rep stated that a order can’t be canceled till the order has been shipped and tracking number has been given and that i need to wait two weeks maybe longer to receive my items.Today 11/03/20 i get an email saying that my order has been canceled because the items i ordered are no longer in stock. I went to the website and the same items i purchased are still being advertised and advertised as a new arrival! Smfh Never again!!!
I wish I would’ve read the reviews before ordering. I ordered a pair of jeans and tried to return them. They sent them back because it was past the date of return by a week. I didn’t even get the jeans in a timely matter due to the pandemic. I tried to tell them that but they didnt care. Horrible customer service and would not order from them again. There are much better options out there .

I should have read the reviews before i purchased. This has been the most terrible experience EVER. I ordered two dresses for a birthday week getaway and then were to be delivered within 3 days even tho i had a week and a half til my trip i just knew they would be here in time. But nope it’s been over a week still no dress and still no tracking. Every time I call there’s this issue with oh our systems are down and tech support is working in it and blah blah Like WTH it’s been a week a systems are still down like whose your tech a child like it should not take over a week to fix a tech issue if you have the right help. Not only that but it can’t be to down your still advertising and taking orders like this is some BS . I will NEVER order anything else from this company EVER
First I couldn’t place my order on their website because something was down at the time. I called their customer service and the operator was polite. When I received my dress it was so wrinkled it looked like it was twisted into knots. I’m shocked who would send someone who pays for their merchandise that looks like second hand goods ? I’m very displeased and disappointed in them for sending me a dress thats as wrinkly as a dish rag. Now I have to bring this dress to the cleaner to be pressed before I wear it.
I had the worst experience here and I won't be shopping here again. I placed an order here and included my complete address, but for some reason, my address did not fully populate on the website. Fast forward to a week later and my order is being returned to sender because of an "incomplete" address. I can see on the website it's an error on THEIR end because it erases my apartment number. To add insult to this whole ordeal, their systems were down and they '"couldn't do anything" to edit the order (system has been down for almost a week with no help). To add more insult, the items I selected were now out of stock. I felt so hurt and brushed off by the representative because she states she could see my address on her end, there shouldn't not have been an issue. I would have never not included this information, this was truly an issue on their website, and I just missed out on some pieces I really loved. Their lack of action is really what makes me not want to shop here anymore... This whole ordeal was so unprofessional. It’s not okay to treat customers this way, I cannot believe this is acceptable to them.
